The centre foyer hosts the "Malatesta" VIP and "Riviera" à la carte restaurants (both seat 150) and "Le Palme" self-service (seats 550); other self-service restaurants are at the east and west ends, plus bars, snack points, ice cream and pizza parlours (a total of 10) at the centre foyer, east and west ends and along the halls.
